Most visitors spend their first morning working out how to get anywhere. Our guests do not — the stay, the visa, the car and the itinerary are arranged before the plane lands.
You can absolutely land, open a taxi app and improvise. Plenty do — and they spend half the trip in traffic, queueing for a tower ticket that was sold out by noon.
We arrange trips for guests staying in our own residences, so the whole thing is built around one timetable. Your desert safari picks you up from your door. Your Burj Khalifa slot is booked for the hour the light is worth photographing. And the car that met you at arrivals is the same car that takes you out of the city for the day.
Come for three days or three weeks, alone or with the family — the itinerary is written around your dates rather than pulled off a shelf.
The trips our guests ask for most. Mix them however you like — we will tell you honestly what fits in the days you have.
Half day · Evening
Dune drive, camel ride and a barbecue under the stars — the trip almost every first-time visitor asks for, and still the best one.
Half day · Sunset
At the Top at golden hour, then the fountain show and Dubai Mall on foot. We book the time slot before you land.
Evening · 2–4 hrs
The skyline from the water, dinner on deck, and a private charter option if you would rather not share the boat.
Full day
The Grand Mosque, the mountains, the east coast beaches — a full day beyond the city with a driver and a guide. Tell us which one appeals and we will build the day around it.
Half day
Al Fahidi, the abra across the creek, and the gold and spice souks — the city that existed long before the towers.
Full day
A day pass at a Palm Jumeirah beach club, with the transfer both ways handled so nobody has to drive.

Nairobi, Kilimanjaro, Entebbe, Kigali and Zanzibar are all a short hop from Dubai — so a safari on either side of your stay is far easier than most people assume.

Every Haven guest is collected from the airport by a chauffeur and driven to their residence. It is not an upsell and it is not a package tier — it is simply how we receive people.
After that first drive, the car stays available. Chauffeured for the day, or self-drive for the week — whichever suits how you want to move around the city.

If you need a 30 or 60-day tourist visa, we prepare it in parallel with your booking rather than sending you elsewhere.
