We built Haven Stays & Hospitality around a simple idea: look after people properly while they are here, and everything else follows.
Behind it is Joshua Onyeka — ten years in real estate and hospitality across West Africa and Dubai, a registered broker on the ground here, and still the person who answers most enquiries himself.
Most guests come to us from Lagos, Accra, Abuja and London with the same problem — an apartment booked through one company, a visa through another, a driver found on arrival and a tour agent they have never met. Four companies for one week, none of them accountable when something slips. We replaced that with one team, one number to call, and somebody standing in arrivals when you land.
Some guests come once for a holiday. Others come back, start asking what it takes to own here, and we take that conversation as it comes — privately, and only when they raise it.
